Flooded Walk-in Basement

This flooded basement in Kansas City was the result of a flash flood from Indian creek that runs through their backyard, typically not a flash flood area but because of the heavy rains we sustained in late June a lot of homes were damaged. Notice the extent of the water damage; the water was about four inches deep throughout the finished basement. The after picture was taken only four days after the incident. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the results and how quickly we were able to get to her home, dry out the basement and prep the area for reconstruction.
