How Does Water Damage Affect Flooring?
A broken pipe burst in this home and caused severe water damage to the floors. There are many ways that water can affect flooring after a water loss and our certified and trained technicians are Here to Help.
Wood Floors - Wood flooring can soak up a lot of water and can be saved if mitigated quickly.
Tile Flooring - Tile is easy to clean and disinfect because it is non-porous.
Laminate Floors - These floors peel easily with water and will have to be replaced.
Linoleum Floor - As long as the water does not get underneath the linoleum it can be saved. If water penetrates the edges of the floor it will have to be replaced.
